As Chief Executive Officer of Parady Financial Group, Greg leads a team of outstanding advisors that include Certified Financial Planners® (CFP), Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and annuity/life insurance agents in order to provide his clients with excellence and outstanding service.
From the beginning Greg has focused his firm on addressing the complexities associated with wealth preservation and wealth distribution for conservative minded retirees. He is generally considered by his peers to be a pioneer in the field of income planning by maximizing the living benefits of annuities and life insurance.
Greg is well known for his philanthropy, and fundraising efforts within the community. He loves spending time with his wife, Jenni, and their three children, Bennett, Liliana, and Macallen. He also enjoys golfing, gourmet cooking, traveling, fly fishing and spending time at his second home in the mountains of Colorado.
As Managing Partner Cindy is responsible for managing and overseeing all Parady business operations and valued clients. Cindy is also responsible for developing strategy for the organization, steering Parady staff and helping manage growth, vision and long term goals.
Cindy has over 35 years’ experience in the financial services and insurance industry beginning her career in 1984 working for a life and health insurance agency in St. Petersburg, Florida. In 1993 Cindy moved back to her hometown of Osceola, Iowa to continue her career in the insurance industry advancing to many different management and officer positions at insurance companies, with her last position as President of an Annuity Division. Cindy has vast experience in the insurance industry including managing an executive team, strategist, operations, sales and marketing, relationship management as well as managing growth.
Cindy is a graduate of Eckerd College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Cindy has been involved in many various industry organizations throughout her career including earning her LIMRA Leadership Institute Fellow (LLIF) designation and serving on the LIMRA LOMA Secure Retirement Institute (SRI) in 2015 through 2017. Cindy has also been involved in many charitable organizations serving on various boards and most recently serving on The Villages Honor Flight board.
Cindy enjoys spending time with her family including her two sons, Justin and Gavin. When Cindy is not working she enjoys working in the yard, playing golf, shopping, working out and spending time at her home in the countryside of Southern Iowa.
As Vice President and Managing Partner of Parady Financial Group, Kathie works as a member of the Executive Planning Team assisting in the development and execution of the company’s business strategies helping guide the company in fulfilling its vision, mission and long-term goals. Kathie loves helping Parady clients and especially enjoys the relationships built with existing clients and helping them enjoy their retirement year after year.
Kathie has over 25 years’ experience in tax planning, strategy and tax preparation. Kathie has worked in the last decade to expand her knowledge of financial planning and insurance expertise. Kathie became a Certified Public Accountant in 1990 founding and running her own CPA firm for over 20 years. Kathie earned her CFP® in 2012. Kathie joined Parady Financial Group in January of 2012 and was instrumental in starting Parady Tax Solutions in 2012 and Blue Print Wealth Management, LLC in 2016.
Kathie holds the following licenses and certifications: Certified Public Accountant, CPA (MA, CO, FL, and VI); Certified Financial Planner CFP® (National); Kathie is licensed to sell Health & Life Insurance including Annuity products in Florida, FL 2-15 and various other states which gives her valuable and unique insights into complex retirement strategies.
Kathie graduated as a Presidential Scholar from Merrimack College in Andover, MA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She has served as the Director of Finance for the Catholic Diocese in St. Thomas, is also involved with the St. Timothy Catholic Church-volunteer Faith Formation Program and The Baltimore Province of Redemptorists Investment Advisory Board Member.
Kathie lives in Lady Lake, Florida with her husband and four children. She enjoys running, cycling, and swimming and loves to travel.
As Vice President of New Business and Relations at Parady Financial Group, Louis will be the first point of contact for most new clients and may be one of the first individuals to introduce you to the Parady Process. Louis also serves as a greeter and host at our client appreciation and education events. Louis is responsible for providing feedback to our executive team on the important needs of our valued clients and prospective clients.
Louis has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance and banking industry with most of his experience and expertise focused on fixed annuities and life insurance. Louis has specialized in building deep relationships with our clients and is continually looking for opportunities to enhance client development and satisfaction.
Louis currently holds the Florida Life (including Annuities) certification, Florida 2-14.
Louis has a son who is currently in the United States Navy and stationed in San Diego, California. A native of Philadelphia, Louis was excited to move to Florida and join the ranks as a “Villager” while continuing his career with Parady Financial Group. When Louis is not working he enjoys exploring Florida, especially the Disney Parks being the proud holder of a Disney annual pass and experiencing all The Villages has to offer.
As Vice President of Client Services at Parady Financial Group, Kelly has multiple responsibilities. Kelly spends most of her time meeting with existing clients during their ‘Refresh and Review” meetings reviewing the Parady Client income strategies and retirement plans. Kelly is also an excellent educator of all products offered by the insurance companies. Kelly’s expertise is varied but is considered a product technician and enjoys explaining the details and mechanics of how annuity products works.
Kelly has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry and has worked for major financial brokerage firms in the career. She began her career in the financial services industry as a mutual fund research analyst. Most recently she worked as a financial representative with an investment firm in The Villages. Kelly joined Parady in 2012.
Kelly holds the following licenses and certifications: Certified Annuities Specialist, CAS™; is licensed to sell Health & Life Insurance including Annuity products in Florida, FL 2-15 as well as Uniform Investment Advisory representative with a Series 65. Kelly is an honor graduate of the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, graduating cum laude.
When she is not working, Kelly is busy raising her two sons, Ryne and Beck; she also enjoys running, fishing and relaxing on the beach. Kelly also enjoys raising money for Kidd’sKids – a philanthropic organization aimed at making a difference in the lives of children and their families who are dealing with life altering conditions. The foundation has sent over 1,000 children and their families on a trip of a lifetime to Walt Disney World here in Orlando.
As a Senior Manager of Client Relations, Tim is responsible for the very important annual Refresh and Reviews with our valued Parady Clients. Meeting with our clients on an on-going consistent basis is most important to retirement financial strategy and planning. Tim is responsible for assisting the CEO and other financial planners and agents with the management of their financial strategy and plans.
Tim began his financial services career more than 25 years ago as a Financial Advisor before moving to the Home Office of a Fortune 500 insurance company, where his strategies played a key role in more than doubling the company’s annuity sales. He later formed his own company working with financial advisors and their clients across the country. Tim brings extensive experience working with pre-retirees and retirees on comprehensive financial plans throughout their financial journey. He is also a nationally recognized speaker and consultant sharing innovative retirement income strategies at industry conferences and client meetings across the country. Tim continues to expand his knowledge participating as both a teacher and student of the financial and retirement industry. He prides himself in educating consumers AND financial professionals – serving as an instructor at the American College of Financial Services. Tim has been described as dynamic, innovative, honest and focused.
Tim has the following licenses and certifications: Chartered Life Underwriter CLU®, Chartered Financial Consultant, ChFC®, Retirement Income Certified Professional, RICP®, Chartered Advisor for Senior Living, CASL, and is licensed to sell Non-Resident Life and Variable Annuity insurance in Florida, 8-14.
Tim is married to his high school sweetheart, Jen, and they have three children, Brianna, Karina and Connor. In his free time, Tim enjoys coaching/playing soccer, golfing and spending time with his family.

In her role as Guest Concierge and Receptionist, Kiara greets our valued clients. Her responsibilities include client scheduling, routing client inquiries to the right team member and attending to our guests in the lobby. She also receives and organizes donations when charity drives are underway, such as when we conduct the Parady School Supply Campaign or other similar campaigns. Kiara’s favorite part of her job is her interactions with our clients. She considers the lobby to be like a living room where she is responsible for welcoming clients, learning about their lives and enjoying the stories they share.
Kiara received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University.
When not working, Kiara’s favorite activity is going to the beach and spending time with family.
As Parady Guest Concierge, Debbie’s responsibilities are to ensure our clients have everything they need during their visit to Parady. This includes answering any questions, providing refreshments, and helping coordinate appointment times. Debbie also helps the Parady Staff keep the appointments running smoothly and on time. She has a wide variety of other responsibilities including keeping the office tidy, ordering supplies, mail delivery and overall guest satisfaction.
Prior to joining Parady, Debbie worked in client services in banking with some major firms in the South Florida area before moving to The Villages to retire.
Given the caring nature, it’s no surprise she is an animal lover and rescues animals and cares deeply for her pets as a hobby.
New Business Development Team
As Manager of New Business and Client Relations, Christine is responsible for helping launch new products and services, keeping our valued new and existing clients informed and engaged, and assisting the CEO and other Executives with financial strategies and preparation of new applications and general paperwork.
Christine has over 15 years of diverse experience in auditing, general ledger accounting and corporate taxes. Being recruited straight from college into one of the “Big 4” accounting firms as a Senior Auditor provided Christine a vast introduction leading to progressive positions with experience working at a Fortune 500 company as well as acting as Controller for some local firms. This provides her with a wide-ranging glimpse into all different aspects of Public Accounting which she utilizes while working with our valued Parady Financial clients.
Christine is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in Florida and is licensed to sell Florida Life (including Annuities), Florida 2-14. She earned her Bachelor of Science with a double major in both Accounting and Finance from Florida State University.
As a Native Floridian, Christine enjoys spending time with family, hiking travel and completing mini-triathlons and spending time with family.
As a New Business Specialist, Luanne plays a key role and is responsible for working with our valued clients, insurance companies, and the financial team to complete the issuance and delivery of the insurance company products. Luanne tracks the transaction from beginning to end and works diligently to minimize delays and complete transactions.
Luanne has many years of experience in the business world working for a full service Commercial Real Estate firm in Pennsylvania prior to her move to The Villages.
Luanne is a notary public and is licensed to sell Health & Life Insurance including Annuity products in Florida, FL 2-15.
After raising her three children, she now enjoys taking full advantage of all of the activities The Villages has to offer including golfing, pickle ball, swimming and line dancing being some of her favorites.
As Manager of Client Relations Brian is responsible for assisting the CEO and other financial planners and agents with the management of their financial strategy and plans. Brian plays a key role in helping the new and existing clients understand their plans and assisting with any follow up planning and paperwork.
Brian has 10 years’ experience in financial services with an emphasis on customer service. Brian has worked at several major financial firms and has proven ability to work in a fast paced, quality environment while consistently meeting deadlines. As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Brian is a key and important contributor to our commitment to provide exemplary service and planning for our Clients.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Political Science from the University of Central Florida before earning several Financial Services credentials. Brian’s licenses and certifications include: Certified Financial Planner CFP® (National); he is licensed to sell Health & Life Insurance including Annuity products in Florida, FL 2-15 as well as a Uniform Investment Advisory representative with a Series 65.
Brian moved to Central Florida from Western New York approximately 25 years ago. He is happily married for 6 years and has a 5 year old daughter who is enamored with rainbows and unicorns. Spending time with his family is his number one priority but he also finds time for his favorite past time of golfing.
Client Services Team
As Director of Client Event Services, Linda is responsible for coordinating client appreciation events from intimate dinners to large scale events. Linda is involved in all planning aspects including selecting venues, coordinating with vendors and every detail of the event from décor, catering, equipment, invitations and most importantly taking care of our Parady Guests and making sure their every need is handled with complete satisfaction.
Linda has worked for the past 28 years at a Corporate Meeting Company where she planned and executed Trade Shows, Corporate Retreats, Company Annual meetings, Product Release events, Association yearly meetings and Corporate Fund-Raising Events. Linda also has vast experience planning and executing over 200 weddings while being the Executive Director of a 30,000 square foot event venue in Mount Dora. For four years Linda also managed a Party Rental Company and was the tent expert for all outside tented events including weddings, private parties, festivals and more.
When not working, Linda spends her time with her husband of 40 years and her children and grandchildren. She enjoys boating during her spare time.
As a Client Service Specialist Denise’s responsibilities are focused on preparing information for the advisors and agents on Client annuity activity, life insurance, managing/maintaining beneficiary changes and working with the insurance companies to resolve inquiries and perform service responsibilities.
Prior to joining Parady, Denise worked at a leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm in the commodities division in New York. Later, Denise worked for a jewelry company for 23 years as a production manager overseeing a team of jewelry designers as well as managing the company’s customer service department.
Denise moved to Florida to be closer to her family and is enjoying her time here exploring all that Orlando has to offer. Denise is a certified Zumba instructor and loves working out on her Peloton bike. Denise enjoys traveling, especially Italy.
As a Client Service Specialist, is responsible for coordinating newly issued policies and preparing for the delivery process. Ana is responsible for quality control and ensuring all client files are accurate and ready for meetings with our valued clients.
Ana brings with her experience in Tax Office Management as well as Office Administration has over four years of experience in these roles.
Ana has her Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with a concentration in physical education. She is also an IRS Authorized Professional Tax Preparer and Notary Public.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Ana came to the continental United States in 1992. Growing up in Puerto Ana speaks fluent Spanish. Ana is also a proud mother of two children. In her spare time, family is most important. She enjoys swimming, going to the movies, skating, bowling and enjoying all the theme parks Florida has to offer.
In her role as Client Service Specialist at Parady Financial Group, Meghan acts as the main point of contact for all Client Services activities. Meghan performs all the essential functions required to service an existing policy which includes acting as a liaison between our valued clients, Parady Team and the Insurance Companies.
Meghan has experience working for a financial insurance firm in Central Florida as a customer service representative.
Meghan has her Associate’s degree from the College of Central Florida in Business Management. She is licensed to sell Health & Life Insurance including Annuity products in Florida, FL 2-15.
Meghan is a native Floridian and enjoys showing her fiancé from Ohio all that Florida has to offer. They enjoy kayaking and their “fur babies” or two dogs. Meghan was an “Air Force brat” but has settled down here in Florida.
As Director of Client Services, Joanna is responsible for all follow through with our clients on outstanding paperwork. Joanna is also responsible for tracking funds and general account management.
Prior to joining Parady, Joanna worked for a Certified Public Account (CPA) and financial advisor as Manager of Operations with similar responsibilities. She was also heavily involved with the tax operations at her prior firm which is instrumental in her being able to incorporate her experience into her position at Parady. She has worked in the financial services industry for over 5 years.
Joanna earned an Associate’s Degree from West Kentucky Technical College in Applied Science with a concentration on Business.
In her spare time, Joanna enjoys antiquing, reading, walking and swimming.
Tax Planning and Strategy Team
As a CPA and tax preparer for our affiliate company Parady Tax Solutions group, Paul’s responsibilities include preparing tax returns, reviewing returns, e-filing tax returns, assisting clients with IRS questions and notices, monthly accounting for business client, preparing payroll taxes and forms, researching tax questions, and providing guidance to fellow Parady team members.
He has been in the accounting field for 30+ years, a tax preparer for 20 years and a CPA since 2002.
Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, a Master of Divinity Degree and a Master of Account Equivalent.
Outside of work, Paul has been an avid fantasy baseball owner for 25 years.
Operations & Account Team
As Assistant Controller Jason is responsible for supporting most aspects of accounting management and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. He regularly analyzes processes, focusing on identifying operational improvements and looking for opportunities to refine processes. Jason is responsible for supporting financial management for the Parady companies.
Jason had vast experience as a Junior Business Manager with a local firm becoming well trained at maintaining financial balance sheets, ensuring accuracy of accounts payable and receivable, negotiations and vendor management, analyzing business trends, and providing logistical support for freight shipments for operational needs.
Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Minor in International Affairs from The George Washington University. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and earned numerous honors and awards during his studies.
Jason’s passion is traveling. He has visited 46 countries to date, including exchange programs in Rwanda, England and South Africa. Out of his extensive travel, Cape Town, South Africa was his favorite. He continues to look for opportunities to explore as a hobby. During his down time he enjoys hiking, boating and looking forward to acquiring his pilot’s license.
